When it came time to decide which characters to use to create a "prom" version of, the answer was easy! Since we already have a few costumes of these two characters, AND since it would be fun to transform the plugsuit into a dress-style, we decided on this!  It was a challenge deciding what to add that was plugsuit-like and how to keep it elegant like, which colors to use for things like stockings, gloves and shoes.  The funny thing about my costume is that the white dress I wore was my high school graduation dress!  And I wore those same shoes to my HS grad. as well.  Thank god this stuff still fits!  I bought the little white sweater thing to add the unit 00 numbers to the back with black felt.  I wore red jewelry, and accented all of the white with black.  We even brought PenPen as our date!
